摘要
目的了解中医医院住院患者构成和中医特色。方法对云南省2010年使用监测病案软件上报的病案数据进行分析,找出住院患者疾病构成的特征。结果女性住院比例高于男性,60岁以上出院病人排各年龄段第一位,农业人口住院病人占大多数。中医痹病居全省出院病人出院中医疾病排序首位,居全省出院疾病按系统分类排序转归情况首位。结论老年人选择中医的居多。痹病的防治成为云南省中医医院的重点及热点。
Objectives to know about the proportion of hospitalization patients in TCM hospital and the characteristic of TCM.Methods This paper analyzes medical record data report through monitoring medical records software,finding out the characteristic disease proportion of hospitalization patients.Results The hospitalization rate of female is higher than male;discharge patients over 60 years old rank first at all age;agricultural people are in the minority in hospitalization patients.Anthralgia disease of TCM ranks first at hospitalization TCM diseases in the whole province and hospitalization disease sequence prognosis situation by systematic classification.Conclusions The elderly people are mostly choosing TCM.The prevention of arthralgia disease becomes a key point and hot issue of TCM hospital in Yunnan province.
