摘要
挣值法是项目管理中常用的一种评价项目绩效的综合管理技术,该方法集成了对项目时间和成本的管理,能够有效的反映项目在成本和时间上的执行状况并预测项目的未来发展态势,为项目管理提供了决策的依据。本文正是在对挣值法这一有效工具充分认识基础之上,结合项目管理知识体系的四大核心知识领域(时间、范围、成本、质量)提出对挣值管理方法的多维度思考。
Earned value method is a comprehensive management technology commonly used to evaluate the project performance in project management and integrates the management of time and cost of project,and it can effectively reflect the project implementation status on cost and time and predicts the future development of project and provides a basis for decision-making for project management.Based on the full understanding of this effective tool,this article proposed a multi-dimensional thinking of earned value management combined with the four core knowledge areas(time,scope,cost,quality) of the project management knowledge.
