摘要
随着科技的发展,工业全自动洗衣机的自动控制越来越先进,PLC及其变频器的应用为其提供了智能控制,本文运用三菱FR-A540变频器和FX2N-48MR型号的PLC,叙述控制的思路,编写控制程序,变频器程序运行参数的设置和外部端子的接线,以实现工业全自动洗衣机的程序运行。
With the development of science and technology,automatic control of industrial automatic washing machine becomes more and more advanced,and the application of PLC and its frequency converter provides intelligent control.This paper uses the Mitsubishi FR-A540 inverter and FX2N-48MR PLC models,describes the control idea,writes control program,frequency program running parameters and the external terminal connection,in order to achieve program running of industrial automatic washing machine.
