摘要
对金属盐预媒处理后的牦牛绒进行氧化漂白和还原处理二步法脱色,讨论工艺变量(处理液用量、处理温度和处理时间)对牦牛绒白度、碱溶解度、纤维断裂强力和断裂伸长率的影响,并运用正交分析方法,得出牦牛绒氧化-还原法脱色的优化工艺条件。实验结果表明:随着处理液用量的增加,脱色温度的升高,脱色时间的延长,脱色后的牦牛绒白度增加,但碱溶解度、断裂强力和断裂伸长率降低。氧化漂白的优化工艺条件为30%H2O2质量浓度20 g/L,漂白温度50℃,漂白时间45 min;还原处理的优化工艺条件为二氧化硫脲质量浓度1.5 g/L,还原温度50℃,还原时间60 min。经优化工艺脱色后的牦牛绒,白度达到32.6%,碱溶解度30.82%,断裂强力4.44 cN,断裂伸长率26.4%。
The yak is pre-mordanting with metalsalt,and then decolorized with oxidization bleaching and reduction treatment in two processes.The influence of the process variable(dosage of theatment fluid,treating temperature,treating time) on the whiteness,alkali solubility,fabric breaking strength and the breaking elongation ratio of the yak is discussed,then the process conditions of the decolorization of yak with oxidization-reduction is optimized with orthogonal analysis.The results show: the whiteness increases,but the alkali solubility,breaking strength and the breaking elongation ratio decrease as the dosage of theatment fluid,treating temperature,treating time increases.The optimized oxidization bleaching is oxyful 20 g/L,bleaching at 50 ℃ for 45 min.The optimized reduction treatment is thiourea dioxide 1.5 g/L,reducting at 50 ℃ for 60 min.The whiteness of yak bleached with optimized process conditions is 32.6%,the alkali solubility is 30.82%,the breaking strength is 4.44 cN and the breaking elongation ratio is 26.4%.
