结合商用车车身主模型制作实例,对主模型的分类及用途进行说明,详细阐述了主模型工艺设计及制作流程,以及模型分块设计、骨架设计、零件安装工艺设计及模型材料选用等工艺设计方案,并对主模型的各项技术要求、制造精度、加工难点及解决方案进行重点介绍。
Combined with the example, this paper introduces the classification and use of cab master model, describing the process of technological design and manufacture ,blocking model design,frame design, assembling process design of parts and how to select modle material, emphasizing the technical requirements of the master model and manufacture difficulties and solutions.
