摘要
随钻仪器受到自身结构和工作环境影响,因此需要使用多路电源系统供电并可以可靠自动切换。由于供电主体为电池,该电源系统还需要具有较高的转换效率以提高仪器工作时间。本文设计了一种随钻电源系统。该系统可完成随钻仪器在不同供电来源间根据设计进行自动切换。并且提供井下仪器需求的各路次级电源。二次电源转换部分采用BUCK型开关电源设计,在保证转换效率的基础上减小输出纹波。仿真和测试结果表明该系统能可靠切换且功耗低,稳定性好,满足随钻测井仪器需求。
Multiple power system which can be reliable switch is needed to use in logging while drilling(LWD) equipment by the influence of structure and working environment.A power supply system for LWD equipment is designed.The system can switchover power supply according to different source,meanwhile supplies several second power for load.The second power is converted by BUCK DC-DC converters.Simulation and test results show that the system has advantages of reliable,low power consumption and high stability,meet the practical demand of LWD.
