摘要
针对无轨电车中铅酸蓄电池出现故障影响车辆正常运营的问题,对分布式蓄电池参数的实时检测系统进行了研究。该检测系统实时检测蓄电池的电压、电流等参数,并通过扩频载波方式将分散的测量结果传送到中央检测控制器,避免了高低压混合布线的问题,特别是很好地解决了电车充电时的高压绝缘问题。通过对采集参数的不断比较,检测系统能提前对不匹配的电池进行记录和报警,经试验证明此方案设计是合理的。本文给出了该检测系统的原理设计和部分软件例程。
According to the problem of electric vehicle lead-acid storage batteries' malfunction, this paper detailedly explores the real-time measuring system of distributed batteries' parameters. By acquiring the parameters such as the voltages and current, and transmitting the data through spread spectrum carrier, the system can avoid the high and low voltages mixed routing problems, especially solve the high voltage insulation problem when the batteries are being charged. Through comparing the parameters, the system can alarm in advance and record the batteries which are not matched. This design is reasonably proved by some experiments. This paper provides the principle design and part of the program flow charts.
