摘要
在对伊朗的油气投资环境分析基础上,本文分析中伊油气合作的机遇与挑战以及油气合作模式的选择,认为中国石油公司与伊朗订立回购合同时,要增加勘探风险共担条款、资源比例的选择购买权或者其他有利合作条款,以降低风险,实现扩大油气权益的战略目标。
Based on the analysis of Iran＇s oil and gas investment environment,this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges of cooperation in oil and gas field between China and Iran,as well as the selection of cooperation model in oil and gas field,insists on that China＇s oil companies entering into a buyback contract with Iran,should increase terms with exploration risk-sharing,optional purchase rights of more proportion of resource,or other favorable terms of cooperation,in order to reduce risk and achieve the strategic goal of expanding oil and gas interests.
