摘要
ＪＸＹ－１５００型超高真空析氩仪为钾一氩同位素稀释法地质年龄测定中低钾含量样 品的分析提供了一种新途径。它具有高的精密度和准确度、低的极限压强、操作简单及 维护方便等特点。在熔样、纯化以及稀释剂源方面有较大的改进，并设计了方便可靠， 国内独家的全金属大小球分样器。本文介绍了超高真空析氩仪的研制和性能试验结果。
The UHV vacuum Ar-analyer JXY-1500 may be used as a new method for sample analysis of low K contents in the measurement of geologic ages with the K-Ar isotope dilution method. There are many advantages e. g high accuracy, low ultimate pressure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.There is a large improvement on smelting sample, purification and dilution source. All the metal sample distributor with large-small globe is designed, it is convenient, reliable and unique in our country. In this paper, the development of UHV Ar-analyer and the experimental results of its performance are introduced.
