摘要 本文总结了目前常见的机动车安全技术检验作弊手段,从完善机制和技术防范两方面入手,通过建立机动车安全技术检验诚信体系,采用视频、图像采集与识别、物联网等科学技术手段构建联网监督系统,提出了具体防范措施和可行对策,从源头、体制和技术上防范作弊行为,可广泛应用于质监、公安、交通、环保等行政主管部门对机动车安全、环保性能检验的监督管理等领域。 In this paper, the means of the inspection-cheating for power-driven vehicles safety technology are summarized. To perfect the mechanism and improve the prevention technology, through building the integrity system of vehicles safety technical inspection and constructing the supervision network-system by using the means of video, image acquisition and recognition, the detailed and feasible prevention measures are put forward to prevent cheating from the source, system and technology. And, it can be widely applied for the administrative departments of quality supervision, public security, traffic and environmental protection to inspect and supervise the fields of power-driven vehicles safety and environmental performance.
