摘要
目的观察支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜治疗声带良性病变的疗效,为临床手术方案提供参考。方法选择我院2009年10月～2011年9月收治的声带良性病变患者130例,根据手术适应证分为对照组62例进行支撑喉镜手术,观察组68例进行纤维喉镜手术,观察并比较两组患者临床效果的差异。结果对照组显效34例,有效25例,无效3例,总有效率为95.16%;观察组显效36例,有效28例,无效4例,总有效率为94.12%。两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用支撑喉镜和纤维喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变均可取得较满意的效果,在临床工作中应根据具体病情加以选择。
Objective To observe the treatments effects of vocal cord benign lesions with fiberoptic retaininglaryngoscope and fiberopticlaryngoscope,in order to provide a reference for clinical surgery program. Methods Selected 130 cases of vocal cord benign lesions patients in our hospital from October 2009 to September 2011, according to the surgical indications, divided them into control group and observation group.The control group, which contained 62 cases,were given retaininglaryngoscope operation. The observation group,which contained 68 cases, were given fiberopticlaryngoscope operation. The clinical effects and the difference were observed and compared. Results In the control groups, 34 cases were obvious effective,25 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,with the total effective rate was 95.16%. In the observation group,36 cases were obvious effective,28 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective, with the total effective rate was 94.12%. From the comparison of the total effective rates of these two groups,the difference had no statistical significance （P〉O.05）. Conclusion Both taking retaininglaryngoscope and fiberopticlaryngoscope operations to treat voca/cord benign lesions can obtain satisfactory results. In the clinical work, we can select appropriate method on the basis of specific conditions.
