摘要
定植于根管及牙周袋内的细菌是导致牙髓病、牙周病的主要致病因素,其致病成分脂多糖(lipopolysaccha-ride,LPS)在细胞内主要通过髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)依赖性信号转导途径诱导细胞产生炎症因子,引起炎症反应,导致组织炎性破坏。因此,研究口腔致病菌LPS在细胞内诱导细胞炎症反应的信号转导机制对于深入了解牙髓病和牙周病的发病机制具有重要意义。本文对口腔致病菌LPS诱导的MyD88依赖性信号转导途径相关机制加以综述。
Bacteria colonized in root canal and periodontal pocket are primary pathogenic agents leading to endodontic diseases and periodontitis. Lipopolysaccharides, the main pathogenic composition of these bacteria, produces inflammatory mediators via Myd88-dependent pathway, resulting in inflammatory damage of the tissue. Therefore, it is of great importance to study these signal transduction mechanisms of lipopolysaccharides for the pathogenesis of endodontic diseases and periodontitis. This article makes a detailed review on the related mechanisms of Myd88-dependent pathway induced by lipopolysaccharides of oral pathogens
