STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢催化剂研究及工业放大 被引量:14

Development of catalyst for STRONG ebullated-bed residue hydrotreating process

摘要 随着我国进口原油数量不断增加,一部分劣质减压渣油很难采用固定床加氢技术加工,而沸腾床加氢技术能达到较高的杂质脱除率和渣油转化率,工业装置可以长周期稳定运转。为了提高重质原料油加工水平,中国石油化工股份有限公司组织抚顺石油化工研究院和洛阳石油化工工程公司合作攻关,开发了STRONG沸腾床渣油加氢技术。结合STRONG工艺特点,抚顺石油化工研究院进行了催化剂设计开发及其制备工艺技术研究。实验室定型的催化剂在连续搅拌釜式反应器(CSTR)上评价结果表明,其反应性能与国外同类技术领先水平相当。工业放大结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的重复性和再现性,为工业生产奠定了良好基础。 With increasing amount of crude oils being imported by China,it is very difficult to process the low-quality vacuum residue(VR) by fixed-bed hydrogenation process.Whereas,the ebullated-bed hydrogenation process provides a good means for upgrading VR with a higher removal rate of impurities,high residue conversion and long unit operation cycle.To improve heavy oil processing,a STRONG ebullated-bed residue hydrotreating process was successfully developed by FRIPP in cooperation with Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation(LPEC) as organized by SINOPEC.Based upon the characteristics of STRONG process,FRIPP has worked on the development and preparation of the dedicated catalyst of the process.The proprietary catalysts which were tested and selected in lab experiments have been evaluated in continuously stirred tank reactor(CSTR).The results show that the reaction performance of the catalysts is comparable to that of overseas catalyst.The commercial demonstration tests confirm that the catalysts have a good repeatability and reproduction performance,which has laid a solid foundation for further commercial application.
