本文阐述医院核心竞争力与流程再造的内涵,分析两者的关系,着力讨论利用流程再造来提升医院核心竞争力,使医院保持持久竞争优势,持续稳固发展。
The definition was introduced of the hospital process re - engineering and the hospital core com- petence, and the relations between them were analyzed. And then the measures of the process re - engineering were discussed to enhance the hospital core competence, achieve long - term and stable development of the hospital.
