摘要
提高灾害及突发事件医疗信息统计质量,是确保全面、及时、正确地了解灾情,制订切实可行医疗救援计划的前提和主要依据。本文从应急预案、管理机构、统计人员和数据采集规范四方面总结突发事件医疗信息统计存在问题,并提出对策。
In disaster and emergency events rescue, the quality of the medical information statistics is the key to ensure full, timely and correctly understanding the situation, and the main basis of the premise to develop practical medical rescue plan. In this paper, four problems were summarized in the statistical management of medi- cal information, such as emergency plans, regulatory agencies, statisticians, indicator system, data acquisition norms and table design, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
