超声导波技术在高温管道腐蚀检测中的应用

摘要 介绍了超声导波技术对高温管线进行在线腐蚀检测的优势,应用MsSR3030R导波检测系统对在役高温管线腐蚀情况进行了检测,并给出了数据采集和分析对比的过程及检测数据报告。检测结果证明了导波技术在高温管道检测上具有较高的准确性和实用性,弥补了传统超声检测技术在高温在线检测的空白。 The advantage of using magnetostrictive guided wave for online corrosion inspection of high temperature pipeline is illustrated. Using MsSR3030R guided wave inspection system, the online corrosion inspection of high temperature pipeline was carried out, and the acquisition progress, analysis and test result were stated. The result shows that using magnetostictive ultrasonic guided wave is precise and practical in high temperature online inspetion and could fill up the blank in field of online corrosion inspection of high temperature pipeline.
