Transaction cost is an important part of product price. E-commerce has its unparalleled advantages compared with traditional commerce, i.e. time, space, speed, low cost, individualism, information, and convenience, etc. E-commerce applied in international trade will increase the quality of enterprise management and efficiency of operation greatly, reduce transaction costs and aff^t equilibrium price of product market to increase market competition and influence, improve effective demand and supply of market to provide more flexible choices and benefits for consumers and increase global welfare. The wide application of e-commerce will certainly expand the space but shorten the time and simplify the procedure and process of international trade, accelerate the globalizatian, intelligence, paperlessness, and simplification of international trade, and reach its epochal reform.
