摘要
"十二五"开局之年,中央着力要求全国各地重视文化建设。文化的发展离不开金融业的大力支持,金融领域为文化发展保驾护航,将更有利于科学发展观的实现,促进我国各领域的全面、协调、可持续发展。金融机构应充分发挥自身优势,实施有针对性特点的信贷政策,即支持特色文化资源整合;大力培育龙头企业和有影响力的文化品牌;完善直接融资支持机制;积极发挥保险在文化建设中的作用;积极保障少数民族的文化发展,为社会和谐、稳定发展增添力量,努力促进文化建设的大发展、大繁荣。
In the Krst ＂twelfth five year＂, the central government call upon the whole country to value cultural construction. Cultural development depends on financial supports; and the financial field escorts cultural development, beneficial to realization of scientific outlook on development and overall, coordinated and sustainable development of all the fields. The financial field should play its advantages to take effective credit policy, viz., supporting integration of special cultural resource, developing leading enterprises and influential cultural brand, improving directfinancing support mechanism, playing active role of insurance in cultural construction, and promoting development and prospect of cultural construction through guaranteeing cultural development, and social harmony and stability of minority nationality.
