摘要
针对数控机床液压刀架在工作过程中所产生的不同种类的故障情况,利用支持向量机对其进行故障诊断。分析了数控机床液压刀架的工作原理;分析了支持向量机的基本概念,建立了故障诊断流程;进行了故障仿真分析,结果表明该方法具有较好的故障诊断可靠性。
According to different kinds of fault status of hydraulic tool rest of numerical control machine support vector machine was applied in fault diagnosis of it.The working theory of hydraulic tool rest of numerical control machine was analyzed,and basic conception of support vector machine was analyzed,and fault diagnosis procedure was established,the fault diagnosis simulation was carried out,results showed that this method had better reliability of fault diagnosis.
