摘要
为了更好地认识重金属铅对植物种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响,以常见的萝卜种子作为材料,研究了不同浓度的Pb2+对萝卜种子萌发、幼苗根长及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,Pb2+浓度变化并不影响萝卜种子萌发率,但随着浓度的增加,对幼苗的形态、根长、根毛的产生及叶绿素的含量均有一定程度的抑制作用。
To further study the influence of the heavy metal Pb ( Ⅱ ) on the plant seeds germination and the development of seedlings. In this paper, the Radish (Raphanus Sativus L. ) seeds germination, seedlings root growth and contents of chlorophyll affected by different concentrations of Pb ( Ⅱ)were studied. The results showed that changes of the concentration of Pb ( Ⅱ ) could not affect Seeds Germination of Radish. But with the increasing of Pb ( Ⅱ ) concentration, the morphology, root length, form of root hair and the content of chlorophyll of seedlings were inhibited extensively.
