矿山设备故障诊断复合监测技术 被引量:4

摘要 为了实现基于状态监测的预知性维修,在矿山应用了油液监测、声音监听、温度监测、振动监测等多种技术方法。通过状态监测和故障诊断技术获得的设备状态信息可及时发现故障征兆、故障原因以及预测对未来的影响,从而积极主动地进行保养和维修。实践和案例分析证明,通过应用适合矿山设备特点的多种状态监测与故障诊断技术完全可以实现基于状态监测的预知性维修。 In order to have the precognition maintenances based on the status monitoring and measuring,several technical methods of the oil and liquid monitoring and measuring,sound monitoring,temperature monitoring and measuring,vibration monitoring and measuring were applied to the mines.The equipment status information obtained from monitoring and measuring and fault diagnosis technology could timely find the fault omen,fault cause and future influences and could actively have the maintenance and repair.The practices and case analysis showed that the several status monitoring and measuring as well as the fault diagnosis technologies suitable applied to the mine equipment features could have the precognition maintenances based on the status monitoring and measuring.
