摘要
针对目前采用空气绝缘技术的矿用隔爆型高压配电装置在电气绝缘、密封、维护中存在的问题,分析目前10 kV设备所采用的空气绝缘、气体绝缘、固体绝缘3种技术的特点,提出并论证了气体绝缘技术可应用于矿用隔爆型高压配电装置中,采用气体绝缘技术的隔爆兼正压(充气)型高压配电装置可提高煤矿井下供电系统的可靠性。同时,针对煤矿井下设备的特殊性,提出了开发矿用隔爆兼正压(充气)型高压配电装置需亟待解决的4个关键技术。
According to the problems existed in the electric insulation,sealing and maintenance of the mine flame proof mode high voltage power distribution device with the air insulation technology,the paper analyzed the features of the air insulation,gas insulation and solid insulation applied to the present 10 kV equipment and provided and verified the gas insulation technology applied to the mine flame proof mode high voltage power distribution device.The flame proof and positive pressure(air charged) mode high voltage power distribution device with the gas insulation technology could improve the reliability of the mine underground electric power supply system.Meanwhile according to the specialty of the mine underground equipment,four key technologies to be solved were provided for the development of the mine flame proof and positive pressure(air charged) mode high voltage power distribution device.
