摘要
针对二维设计方法不能检测各部件之间是否发生干涉和碰撞的问题,本文借助三维设计软件CATIA进行真空张力辊总成的虚拟设计,不仅可以真实地反映真空张力辊装置的几何形状,还能反映各部件的空间位置,有效地检测工作装置各部件之间是否发生干涉与碰撞,校验工作装置作业过程的合理性和正确性;讨论了在装配过程中容易出现的问题和注意事项,同时进行了有限元分析和工程图的制作。
A virtual design of the vacuum tension roller assembly is performed based on 3 - D software CATIA to solve the problem that the 2 - D design method can not detect whether the interference or crash occurs between the components. The 3 - D design method can not only reflect the geometry of vacuum tension rollers, but also check the spaeial location of all parts, effectively detect the interference and crash between various components, and check the rationality and validity of the working process of the equipments. The matters needing attention and problems possibly happening in the assembly process are discussed. The FEA is conducted and the engineering drawings of the vacuum tension rollers are offered.
