摘要
基于缺水型地区水资源特点、水资源开发利用程度及城市水质状况的相关指标构建了这类地区水资源可持续发展的评价指标体系,并以上海市的数值情况为例,借助层次分析法,得出了该地区近年来水资源可持续利用程度综合得分。在此基础上利用平滑指数法对上海地区未来5年的趋势进行了整体预测,提出了一些针对性的建议。
it is of great significance to the development of regional economy and the stability of people＇s life through grasping the sustainable development level of lack of quality water regions, exploring the root causes,and proposing feasible measures. Based on the characteristics of water--deficient areas, this paper builds the evaluation index system of water resource sustainable development in such areas by analyzing the water resources development, the utilization of water resources and related indicators of city water quality. Besides,taking the data of last 10 years in Shanghai as an example, the paper uses analytic hierarchy process to find the composite score of sustainable utilization of water resources in recent years. Based on the above analysis, the paper also applies the smoothed exponential method to forecast the next five--year trend in Shanghai, and provides some recommendation.
