摘要
为简便而准确测定镀铬液中金属杂质元素的含量,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对镀铬液中Al,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd,Sb,Pb等杂质元素进行了测定,确定了仪器的最佳工作参数,选择了合适的分析谱线,研究了主量元素Cr和共存元素对光谱的干扰情况。结果表明:10种金属元素的检出限为0.15~43.63μg/L,各元素的浓度与信号强度的线性关系良好,线性相关系数R2≥0.999 9;测量的精密度高,相对标准误差RSD<3.5%,回收率为90.11%~107.60%。
Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) was applied to determine metal impurities Al,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Cd,Sb and Pb in chromium electroplating bath.Working parameters of the instrument were optimized,and suitable analytical lines were selected.The effect of matrix and coexistent elements on the determination was studied.It was found that the detection limits for the 10 kinds of metal impurities were in a range of 0.15~43.63 μg/L.The concentration of various metal elements was linearly proportional to the signal intensity,and the linear correlation efficient was equal and/or above 0.999 9.In the meantime,the established method had a good precision for the determination of various metal impurities in the electroplating bath,showing a relative standard deviation of below 3.5% and a sample recovery of 90.11%~107.60%.
