摘要
综述了近年来Q235钢表面金属陶瓷涂层制备技术的研究进展,重点介绍了常见的金属陶瓷涂层制备方法如氩弧熔覆、感应熔覆、等离子熔覆、激光熔覆等及其存在的问题,展望了今后的发展方向。
A review is provided of the recent progress in techniques for preparing cladding cermet coatings on Q235 steel.Common methods for preparing cermet coatings,such as Ar-arc cladding,induction cladding,plasma cladding and laser cladding are highlighted.Besides,problems concerning the techniques for preparing cermet coatings are introduced,and suggestions are given about the development trend in this field.
