摘要
目的分析太原市近5年法定传染病发病水平,为制定预防和控制措施提供理论依据。方法对太原市疾病预防控制中心国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统的数据运用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2005-2009年全太原市法定传染病报告发病总数为112 513例,死亡42例,年平均发病率为651.39/10万,年平均死亡率为0.24/10万。结论太原市2005-2009年传染病发病基本呈现上升趋势,肝炎、痢疾、肺结核、性传播疾病,还有新发传染病如手足口病和甲型H1N1流感为当前重点防治传染病,需要进一步加强预防和控制力量。
Objective To analyze the incidence tendency of notifiable communicable diseases in Taiyuan in recent 5 years and to provide scientific evidence for developing prevention and control measures.Methods The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of communicable diseases in Taiyuan collected from national disease reporting information system.Results A total of 112 513 cases of communicable diseases were reported from 2005 to 2009 with the average annual morbidity of 651.39/lakh and mortality of 0.24/lakh.Conclusion The morbidity and mortality were in increase during this period.The priority diseases included hepatitis,dysentery,tuberculosis,sexual transmitted diseases and emerging communicable diseases,such as hand foot and mouth disease and influenza A（H1N1） pdm 09.It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of communicable diseases.
