摘要 介绍了国内某厂管坯环形加热炉的主要技术性能及在实际运行中存在的管坯氧化烧损量大、能源单耗高等问题。通过热工测试及技术分析,找到了主要影响因素。在采取校核炉内测温热电偶精度,改造燃烧系统,修订环形炉加热制度等措施后,解决了存在的问题,既降低了加热管坯的氧化烧损量,又减少了能源消耗,有较明显的经济效益。 Described are some key technical performances of a billet rotary hearth furnace in a domesticplant and some problems occurred in practical operation such as high billet oxidation burning loss and high energy consumption. The major influential factors of the problems are found out with the help of thermo technical test and technical analysis. The problems have been solved after taking a lot of measures such as checking the temperature thermocouple accuracy in furnace, modifying the combustion system and revising the heating schedule of the furnace, which not only reduces the billet oxidation burning loss and also decreases the energy consumption with remarkable economic benefits.
