摘要
目的评价选择性贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症的临床疗效。方法对自2005年9月至2010年10月在我院择期行选择性贲门血管离断术治疗的57例门静脉高压症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果围手术期无死亡病例,共有13例病人出现近期并发症,其中胸腔积液8例、腹水5例、持续性低热7例,均经保守治疗治愈。51例获随访,时间3个月～5年。术后累积出血率分别为4.7%(1年)和13.6%(3年)。结论选择性贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症疗效可靠,术后严重并发症少。
Objectve To evaluate the curative effects of portal hypertension with selective pericardial devascularization.Methods The clinical data of 57 cases with portal hypertension who underwent selective pericardial devascularization from September 2005 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no deaths in perioperative period.Early complications occurred in 13 cases,including 8 cases of pleural effusion,5 cases of ascites,7 cases of continue low-grade fever.All the complications were cured by expectant treatment.51 cases were followed up for 3 months to 5 years.The 1-and 5-year rebleeding rates were 4.7% and 13.6%.Conclusion Selective pericardial devascularization is effective in the treatment of portal hypertension,There is few serious complications occurrence.
