摘要
目的探讨使用常规器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术技巧及安全性。方法总结分析我院2010年11月至2011年8月间为61例患者施行的使用常规器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的经验,并分析手术中碰到的一些疑难问题和应对策略。结果 61例病人中,58例顺利完成单孔手术,3例改为2孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除,无中转开腹及手术并发症,切口美容效果满意。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术在常规腔镜器械下可以安全、可靠地完成,术后腹壁疤痕不明显,技术上的难点容易突破。
Objective To explore the Surgical skills and safety laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a umbilical single incision.Methods The clinical data of 61 patients by normal laparoscopic instrument encountered some difficult problems and coping through umbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed from November 2010 to August 2011.Results Of the 61 patients,58 underwent transumbilical single incision laparoscopic eholecystectomy and 3 cases were converted to the standard two-port laparoscopic technique.No conversion to open belly the cosmetic effect of incision was satisfactory without any complications.Conclusions Through umbilical single hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be completed safely by normal laparoscopic instrument,the belly scar wasn＇t obvious.The difficulties in technique are easyly to be broken through.
