摘要
如何推进中小企业和科研力量结合,激励中小企业参与创新是推进中小企业成为创新主体的重要课题,它关系到地区产业结构优化、提高市场竞争活力和形成地区综合创新优势。国外在扶持中小企业创新方面进行了大量的探索与实践,其中日本政府扶持中小企业开展创新的模式和取得的效果,对认识中小企业创新以及解决上述问题提供有益的参考。
How to combine forces to promote SMEs and research,encouraging participation of SMEs in innovation is to promote innovative small and medium enterprises to become the subject of an important issue,it relates to the optimization of industrial structure,improve market competitiveness and vitality of the formation of regional integrated innovative edge.Supporting innovation in small and medium enterprises abroad a great deal of exploration and practice,which the Japanese government to support SMEs in innovation patterns and the results achieved,our understanding of SME innovation as well as we address these issues provide a useful reference.
