摘要
上市和再融资是企业做优做强和快速发展的重要途径,而良好的环境表现是企业得以上市融资的基础保障。构建完整的绿色证券机制是上市公司环境监管的有效手段,其在实践中对于重污染企业的上市以及再融资已经起到规范和约束作用,但对企业上市之后的环保工作尚未提出持续改进的要求。基于持续改进的理念,构建了绿色证券的持续改进模式,以切实促进上市公司环保工作的不断完善。
It is an important way of listing and refinancing to enterprise rapid development and optimization, and good environmental performance is the basis for enterprises to financing. A complete green securities mechanism is the effective means for company environmental regulation. In practice, for heavy polluting enterprises, green securities mechanism has played a regulatory and constraint role on listed as well as refinancing, but not on environmental protection for company yet. Based on the concept of continuous improvement, build a green securities fectively promote the continuous improvement continuous improvement model for listed companies to ef of environmental orotection.
