摘要 目的采用新的尸体料理理念和方法以更适应逝者家属的心理需求。方法对58例死者取消裹尸单而采取穿寿衣的料理方法和居丧护理理念。结果对58例尸体料理减少了裹尸单和上约束带的程序,节约了时间;死者面容安详、尸体姿势良好,家属满意。结论新的尸体料理方法和居丧护理理念,减少了程序,节约了时间,提高了效率,保证了尸体形象良好,提高了满意度。 Objective New idea and method of death nursing and improved practice were employed to meet better the psychological needs of the patients' relatives.Methods Practice of death nursing without shroud and the idea of bereavement nursing were carried out in 58 cases of the deceased.Results The procedures of binding shroud and restraint were canceled and time was saved.The dependents were satisfied with the dead's calm face and well corpse gesture.Conclusion The new idea of death nursing and practice has reduced the process,saved time and improved efficiency.It can ensure good image of bodies and improve satisfaction of dependents.
