摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对剖宫产产后患者恢复的影响。方法:对102例实施术后舒适护理的剖宫产产妇与102例常规护理的产妇护理效果进行了比较。结果:发现舒适护理组产妇在疼痛减轻、泌乳是否充足、睡眠质量、紧张焦虑和满意程度方面与常规护理组产妇具有显著性差异。结论:舒适护理对剖宫产产妇产后恢复效果较好。
To discuss the influence of comfort care for patients after postpartum. The effect of comfort care group and usual care group was compared,each of the groups have 102 puerperas who had cesarean section. The results i showed it has significant difference between the two groups in pain relief, adequate lactation, sleep quality, anxiety and satisfaction. The results indicated comfort care is better for patients after postpartum.
