病毒性肝炎后肝硬化伴糖代谢异常的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察病毒性肝炎后肝硬化伴发糖代谢异常情况的临床变化。方法:病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者153例,经口服糖耐量试验分为糖耐量正常组、异常组及糖尿病组;正常健康对照组62例。检测各组胰岛素释放试验、C肽释放试验、胰岛素敏感性(insulinsensitivity,IS)及胰岛β细胞功能指数(HBCI),并进行对比分析。结果:病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者糖耐量正常组、异常组存在高胰岛素血症,糖耐量正常组、异常组及糖尿病组均存在IS降低,糖尿病组HBCI降低,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病毒性肝炎后肝硬化患者均存在不同程度的高胰岛素血症及IS降低,伴发糖尿病者胰岛β细胞分泌功能明显减弱。
