摘要
目的 :探讨706代血浆对透析相关性低血压的治疗作用。方法 :选择30例维持性血液透析反复发生透析相关性低血压(intradialytie hypotension,IDH)的患者,给予706代血浆静脉滴注,观察患者临床症状的变化,检测透析中血压变化。结果 :治疗后显效率63.3%,有效率26.7%,无效率10%,总有效率90%;治疗前后的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:706代血浆能有效治疗IDH,疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective：To study the effectiveness of 706 plasma substitutes on treating intradialytic hypotension（IDH）.Methods：706 plasma substitutes（50~150 mL） was administered in 30 cases of repeated IDH in maintained hemodialysis.The clinical symptoms were observed and blood pressure was detected during hemodialysis.Results：After treatment,the significant effect rate was 63.3%,the effective rate was 26.7% and the ineffective rate was 10%.The total effective rate was 90%.The difference before and after treatment showed statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion：706 plasma substitutes can effectively treat IDH with definite effects,which is worth for popularization.
