摘要
目的:探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析26例儿童股骨颈骨折单纯采用空心螺钉内固定的治疗、康复及预后情况。结果:本组26例,21例骨折愈合良好,5例发生股骨头坏死。结论:关节腔减压,闭合复位空心螺钉固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折操作简单,有效,创伤小,可早期床上功能锻炼,愈合率高,并发症少。
Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment protocol of femoral neck fracture in children.Methods：26 children cases of femoral neck fracture treated by hollow screw internal fixation were performed the retrospective analysis on the treatment,rehabilitation and prognosis.Results：Among 26 cases,21 cases were cured without complications.5 cases were avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Conclusion：Decompression of articular cavity with closed reduction and hollow screw internal fixation is simple to operate,effective,less invasive,favorable to early functional exercise in bed with the high healing rate and few complications for treating femoral neck fracture.
