摘要
目的:探讨院前救治急性左心衰的实用方法措施。方法:采用三期九步法对68例患者进行院前急救。结果:68例患者中65例通过有效院前治疗安全转运回院,成功率95.6%;死亡3例,死亡率4.4%。结论:实用有效的院前救治方法是急性左心衰竭患者抢救成功的关键。
Objective：To discuss the practical methods and measures of prehospital first aid for rescuing acute left heart failure.Methods：68 cases of acute left heart failure were rescued with the means of three periods and nine procedures for prehospital first aid.Result：Of 68 cases,65 cases were safely transported to hospital by effective prehospital first aid with the success rate of 95.6%,3 cases died with the mortality rate of 4.4%.Conclusion：The practical and effective prehospital first aid method is the key to save the patient with acute left heart failure.
