摘要
目的:探讨代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者清晨唾液皮质醇的水平及肾上腺皮质功能的变化。方法:将观察对象分为MS组与健康对照组,比较两组清晨醒时空腹唾液皮质醇水平的差异。结果:MS组的清晨唾液皮质醇水平比健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MS患者的清晨唾液皮质醇水平有升高,可作为诊断依据。
Objective：To study the salivary corticosteroid level in the early morning and the changes of adrenal cortex functions in the patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods：The observation subjects were divided into 2 groups：MS group and healthy control group.The fasting salivary corticosteroid level in the early morning waking was detected in the two groups and the difference of detection results were compared between them.Result：The level of morning salivary corticosteroid in the MS group was higher than that of the healthy control group with statistical difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The level of salivary corticosteroid of MS patients is increased in the early morning,which can be used as its diagnostic evidence.
