摘要
[目的]观察三痹汤配合综合疗法治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]对118例肩周炎使用中药三痹汤内服,配合痛点封闭注射、按摩理筋、TDP照射、扶他林乳胶剂喷涂及其功能锻炼等方法综合治疗。[结果]痊愈69例,显效38例,无效11例,总有效率90.68%。[结论]三痹汤配合综合疗法治疗肩周炎疗效满意。
[Objective] To observe the comprehensive therapy for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in elderly clinical curative effect.[Methods] 118 cases of elderly patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis by comprehensive therapy（closed,traditional Chinese medicine,physical therapy and other treatment）.[Results] After the complex therapy,clinical diagnosis based on the reference to＂ cure＂ and improving standard of evaluation,the total efficiency of 90.68%.[Conclusion] The comprehensive therapy in the treatment of the elderly can obtain satisfactory curative effect of periarthritis of shoulder.
