摘要
[目的]观察杞菊地黄丸加减治疗肝肾亏虚型高血压疗效。[方法]对54例门诊患者使用杞菊地黄丸加减,每日1剂,水煎3次早中晚分服,连服7～15剂,每周休息1天,2周为1疗程,观察证侯和血压变化,治疗3个疗程进行疗效判定。[结果]血压疗效显效27例,有效20例,无效7例,总有效率87.04%。证侯疗效显效29例,有效21例,无效4例,总有效率92.59%。[结论]杞菊地黄丸加减治疗肝肾亏虚型高血压病疗效确切,对缓解控制血压和改善证侯有明显效果。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Qijudihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension（deficiency type of the liver and kidney）.[Method] Totally 54 patients with hypertension from out-patient clinic,one dose a day,taking medicine in the morning,afternoon and evening three times,totally 7 to 15 doses,rest a day each week,to observe the changes of symptom and blood perssure,two weeks a course,totally for three courses to determine efficacy.[Results] There was remarkable effect of 27 cases,effective effect of 20 cases and no effect of 7 cases with the total effective rate of 87.04% in the curative effect of blood perssure.There was remarkable effect of 29 cases,effective effect of 21 cases and no effect of 4 cases with the total effective rate of 92.59% in the curative effect of the symptom.[Conclusion] Qijudihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension（deficiency type of the liver and kidney）has exact effect,control blood perssure and improve symptom has obvious effect.
