摘要
血府逐瘀汤治验3例。血栓性深静脉炎:证属湿瘀阻络,治宜活血化瘀除湿。肺心病:证属痰瘀互结,治宜化痰逐瘀。心律失常:证属心肾阳虚,气血寒凝,治宜温阳通脉,活血化瘀。
Xufuzhuyu decoction treatment of clinical experience 3 cases：deep vein thrombosis inflammation, indicate syndromes of wet and blood stasis obstructing the veins, Governance in order to activate blood stasis and effect wet. Corpulmonale, indicate syndromes of phlegm and blood stasis, Governance in order to eliminate phlegm and blood stasis. Cardiac arrhythmia, indicate syndromes of heart andkidney - Yang deficiency, veins Bi resistance, Governance in order to Yang -warming and communicating with pulse, and activating blood and dissolving stasis.
