摘要
[目的]观察药物、电针、拔罐配合康复治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。[方法]将90例患者随机分为两组,对照组44例采用常规药物,电针和特定电磁波治疗。观察组46例在对照组治疗基础上采用拔罐配合康复治疗。经过30d治疗后进行疗效判定。[结果]观察组痊愈10例,显效18例,有效17例,无效1例,总有效率97.80%。对照组痊愈7例,显效10例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率93.10%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]综合康复治疗周围性面神经麻痹有较好的疗效。
[ Objective ] To observe clinical observation of treating peripheral facial paralysis by comprehensive rehabilitation. [Method] The 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups ,Control group 44 cases with conventional medicine, acupuncture, and specific electromagnetic. Observation group 36 cases in the control group based on the use of cupping therapy combined with rehabilitation. After treatment 30d to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group were cure 10 cases, markedly 18 cases, effective 17 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency rate for 97.80%. The control group were cure 7 cases,markedly 10 cases, effective 24 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency rate for 93.10%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating peripheral facial paralysis by comprehensive rehabilitation has a Rood effect.
