摘要
溃疡性结肠炎病因不明,发病率呈上升趋势,现代医学治疗棘手,中药灌肠治疗具有很大的潜力,近年来研究活跃,现从辨证论治灌肠、专方专药灌肠、基本方加减灌肠、中药联合西药灌肠、中药内服加灌肠等五个方面的研究进展进行综述。
Reason of ulcerative colitis is unknown. The incidence is rising, and modern medical deal with it difficultily. Traditional chinese medicine enema therapy has great potential, and many researches have being made in recent years. This paper summarizes their progress in five areas ： the diagnosis and treatment enema, enema for special party designed drugs, basic addition and subtraction enema, traditional chinese medicine enema combines with western medicine, Chinese herbs internal medicine plus enema.
