摘要
中风是当今世界上的常见病、多发病,急性期的特点为发病急骤,病情多变,好转也较明显,所以中风急性期是治疗的关键时期,其治疗结果直接影响患者能否生存及生存质量。中风急性期中医治疗方法虽然很多,但滋阴潜阳、熄风通络、活血化瘀、填精补髓是其辨治大法。对其中风急性期生理病理特点、临证用药体会进行论述。
Stroke is the world＇s common disease,stroke development and changes according to the law of the acute phase is characterized by abrupt onset of the disease varied,better more obvious,so the acute phase of stroke is a critical period of treatment,and its direct impact on treatment outcome patient survival and quality of life.Chinese medicine treatment of acute stroke,although many,but i believe that nourishing yin and suppressing hyperactive yang,Xifeng Tongluo,huoxue Huayu,replenishing essence Busui is the fundamental.This acute phase of stroke on physiological and pathological characteristics,clinical treatment experience were discussed.
