摘要
本文在收集合肥市城镇职工基本医疗保险先后两种付费方式下的参保者住院医疗总费用、自付比例和人次人头比等信息资料的基础上,分析了医疗保险付费方式的改变对参保者、医院及政府满意度的影响。
Based on the statistics of the total medical cost of hospitalized insured persons,out-of-pocket proportion and peopletime ratio in the two different modes of payments for basic medical insurance system for urban workers collected in Hefei City,this paper analyzes the influence of the change in the modes of payment for medical insurance on the insured persons,hospitals and government satisfaction.
