摘要
[目的]观察"以脾立论"辨证分型治疗氯氮平所致流涎疗效。[方法]将78例随机分为两组,治疗组39例,脾阳虚衰理中汤加减,脾气不足补中益气汤加减,寒湿困脾胃苓汤加减,湿热蕴脾茵陈蒿汤合四苓散加减。对照组39例口服盐酸苯海索4mg/日或赛庚啶12mg/日治疗。治疗7d进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效11例,好转6例,无效4例。对照组痊愈15例,显效13例,好转4例,无效7例。总有效率治疗组89.74%优于对照组82.05%(P<0.05)。[结论]"以脾立论"辨证分型治疗氯氮平所致流涎效果优于西医,且无明显副作用,值得推广。
