摘要
[目的]观察体外碎石配合八正散加减治疗输尿管结石疗效。[方法]对270例使用体外碎石后,八正散内服,配合注射黄体酮,辅助跳跃、憋尿等进行治疗。[结果]7～21天治疗后,治愈252例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率98.89%。[结论]体外碎石配合八正散加减治疗输尿管结石疗效确切。
[Objective] Lithotripsy is Decoction with Ba Zheng San treatment of ureteral stones.[Method] 270 cases after the use of ESWL,Ba Zheng San are scattered oral administration,with the injection of progesterone,assisted jump,holding back urine and other treatment.[Results] 7 to 21 days after treatment,cured 252 cases,effective in 15 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency 98.89%.[Conclusion] Lithotripsy with Ba Zheng San treating ureteral calculi is effective.
