摘要
[目的]观察中西医结合治疗支原体衣原体生殖道感染疗效。[方法]将156例随机分为两组,对照组76例静滴多西环素0.2g+0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL1,日1次,静滴7天。治疗组80例在对照组的基础上加服清热解毒利湿中药。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.25%,对照组总有效率78.95%。[结论]中西医结合的方法治疗支原体衣原体生殖道感染的临床疗效较好。
[Objective] Integrative Medicine mycoplasma chlamydia genital tract infection treatment.[Method] to 156 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group 76 cases of intravenous doxycycline 0.2g ＋0.9% sodium chloride injection,250mL,1,1,intravenous infusion for 7 days.Treatment group of 80 patients in the control group based on the Chinese medicine dampness detoxification services.[Results] The total efficiency of 91.25% in the control group,the total efficiency of 78.95%.[Conclusion] The method of combining Chinese and Western medicine treatment of reproductive tract infections,mycoplasma chlamydia better clinical efficacy.
