摘要
从起源、历代医家相关论述等方面探析温病学"透法"。"透法"集合了叶天士、吴鞠通、王孟英等著名温病学家的学术思想,继承和发展了温病学辨证论治思想,是明清时期温病主要治法之一,"透法"立足于给邪气以出路,使温病邪气外透而解。其治疗理念在病毒性心肌炎相关辨证论治中具有重要意义,治疗病毒性心肌炎应着重以透热宣郁为主。
From related discussions of the sources and the ancient medical scholars,we will explore the transmission of febrile disease.Transmission assembles the famous febrile disease scholars＇ academic thoughts from Ye Tianshi,Wu Jutong and Wang Mengying.Meanwhile,it inherits and develops different treating thoughts about the febrile disease.It is one of the main ways to treat diseases in the Ming and Qing dynasty.Transmission bases on giving a way and transmits the febrile disease out of patients＇ bodies.The treating thought is significant in treat viral myocarditis.Treating viral myocarditis,the main treating principles are expelling and dispelling heat.
